Semi Automatic Capping Machine

Semi automatic capping machines are economical, easy to operate, low maintenance and low operating cost for start up or small scale companies. Available with semi automatic, bench top and hand held chuck capping machines, ROPP capping machines, corkers, twist off capping machines, crimping machines etc.

Automatic Spindle Capping Machine

The spindle capper can place and torque a wide assortment of flat caps, oval caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, and caps with over-caps or induction seals. The spindle capping machine can handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass. Spindle cappers typically have lower costs for the additional change parts required to run different sizes of containers and closures, typically speed-limited to a maximum of 200 bottles per min. In-line cappers are limited in the diameter of cap that can be dependably applied typically 28 mm to 70 mm.

Automatic Rotary Capping Machine

Automatic rotary cappers are designed to handle a wide range of caps including screw caps, press on caps, tamper proof caps, aerosol overcaps, inserts, ROPP caps, crown caps, twist off caps on to plastic and glass containers. Rotary cappers have much higher speed capabilities than in-line capping machines. Models are available with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 heads and for more high speed can be custom.
