High speed shrink sleeve label machine is designed for high volume production rates to deliver and shrink a consistent stream of sleeve labels and tamper evident bands on a variety of empty or filled round, square, rectangular, oval containers in plastic, glass and metal widely used for beverage, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, household, chemical and other industrial products to meet the demand of your workflow. Each shrink sleeving machine consists of shrink label machine, steam shrink tunnel, steam generator and conveyor.

This high speed shrink sleeve label machine is constructed using 304 grade stainless steel to provide strength and reduce vibration while offering quiet operation, designed with servo driven, PLC controlled label drive rollers, interchangeable cutter assembly, and label shooting wheels to provide accurate and consistent shrink sleeve labeling, innovative standard dual unwind system allows continuous operation with only a brief splicing stop for users to maximize production with minimum down time, quick change mandrel system minimizes downtime from one product to the other, multiple blade rotational cutting mechanism provides extremely smooth, even cutting of film, this unique modular design allows for easy change of blades or quick, tool-less changes to other cutter boxes when changing label format or container size. Users also have the option of purchasing additional mandrels for different sizes and shapes of containers. Product runs are programmed with the user-friendly touch-screen control panel HMI.
