Semi automatic corrosion liquid filler is is a specially designed timed flow volumetric filling machine and built from corrosion resistant material custom suited to the product they are intended for used in environments where caustic liquids and gasses cause accelerated deterioration to standard filling machinery. Corrosion resistant filling equipment is ideal for chemicals, acid, bleach, ammonia, brines, salt solutions, and other similar corrosive liquids.

Semi automatic corrosive liquid filling machine is manufactured for low production facility or special projects where stainless steel liquid filler construction is not an option. Liquid is pumped into a plastic reservoir above a set of pneumatically operated valves, An automatic product level sensing float system detects level of the liquid to maintain pressure so that liquid can flow into containers fast and evenly. Operator positions containers beneath the filling nozzles and press the foot switch, filling starts, after target volume is achieved, filling stops.There are two filling nozzles on each side of the filling machine. Filling can be done by one operator for two head filling or by two operators for four head filling to increase capacity.
