La machine \u00e0 souffler les bouteilles PET semi-automatique est la solution id\u00e9ale pour la production de masse de bouteilles PET pour les entreprises en phase de d\u00e9marrage et les petites entreprises, et elle est capable de produire une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de bouteilles PET de haute qualit\u00e9 allant de 50 ml \u00e0 6000 ml pour de nombreuses industries telles que l'eau embouteill\u00e9e, les jus, les produits laitiers, les d\u00e9tergents liquides, l'huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, les cosm\u00e9tiques, les produits pharmaceutiques et les produits de soins personnels, pour n'en citer que quelques exemples. This plastic bottle blowing machine does not require highly trained operators to produce consistent quality bottles. The bottle making process starts by loading preforms into the preheater. The preheater uses a variable speed track that moves the preforms through a heating tunnel. The heat tunnel has specially designed heating elements for a consistent heating operation with minimal maintenance.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When the preforms have made one trip through the preheater, they are manually loaded two at a time into the blow molder. Operator presses the two mould close buttons to close the mould which is specially designed for safety operation. After the bottles are formed in the blowing cycle, they are removed and the cycle continues.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
