Water Treatment and Reverse Osmosis
The Reverse Osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called Reverse Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95 – 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water. An option prefiltration including sand filter, activated carbon filter and softener.

WT-RO-1000 Pretreatment and Reverse Osmosis
WT-RO-1000 industrial pretreatment and reverse osmosis water system with product capacity 1000 liters per hour is a highly effective water treatment process for reducing up to 99% of dissolved mineral salts, organics, and other particles by forcing water under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. The process is named reverse osmosis because it is the opposite of the natural osmotic process, where water from a solution with a low concentration of dissolved solids travels through a membrane seeking to dilute a higher concentration solution. A reverse osmosis water system is induced by applying pressure with a pump to a solution with a high concentration of dissolved solids, causing water from the concentrated solution to pass through the membrane. This water is referred to as product water. Dissolved solids do not pass through the membrane; they are continually flushed to drain as waste. This flushing action also keeps the membrane surface from fouling or scaling. In order to protect the delicate RO membranes against organic fouling, mineral scaling, and chemical degradation, our reverse osmosis system comes with pretreatment– sand filter, carbon filter, water softener and micro filter.

WT-RO-2000 Water Treatment and Reverse Osmosis
WT-RO-2000 water treatment and reverse osmosis system has been designed to turn raw water from ground or surface water into safe drinking water, capacity of 2000 liters per hour can be achieved, consisting of a sand filter to remove particulates, turbidity, sand and rust, an activated carbon filter to remove the chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, disinfectants, and VOCs which might otherwise damage the reverse osmosis membrane, a water softener to reduce hardness of water, a micro filter is required as a last step before the RO membranes to prevent any debris, sand particles or piping material to damage the membranes. The reverse osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called “Reverse” Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 95 – 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water.

WT-RO-3000 Prefilter and Reverse Osmosis
WT-RO-3000 pre-filter and reverse osmosis is has been engineered to treat raw water from ground and surface to be drinkable water. It has ability to produce 3000 liters purified water per hour and built with heavy duty stainless steel 304, pre filters and reverse osmosis are mounted on frame for easy installation, HYDRANAUTICS membranes are used, Critical electronic components are world famous brand. Complete set includes pre-fitlers and reverse osmosis system. There are more than one pre-filter used in a Reverse Osmosis system, the most common being sand and carbon filters. These pre-filters are used to protect the RO membranes by removing sand silt, dirt, and other sediment that could clog the system. Additionally, carbon filter is used to remove taste, odor, organic contaminants, and chlorine, which can damage the RO membranes, Water softening is the reduction of the concentration of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metals in hard water, Cartridge filters, almost universally used in all RO systems prior to the high pressure pump, serve as the final barrier to water born particles. The nominal rating commonly used in RO applications is in the range of 5 – 15 microns. Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure water is allowed to pass to the other side. To be “selective,” this membrane should

WT-RO-5000 Prefiltrazione e osmosi inversa
