16 Head Automatic Volumetric Bottle Liquid Filling Machine

Automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is engineered to fill all kind of free flow liquid widely used for beverage, food, cosmetic, cleaning, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Water, vinegar, soy sauce, cleaner, mouth wash, nail polish remover, solvent, ink, alcohol, bleach etc are good examples.

The automatic liquid bottle filling machine is manufactured with a heavy duty stainless steel 304 tubular frame. It comes with standard with PLC control and touch screen HMI, stainless steel 304 holding tank and pneumatically controlled valves, bottle neck grabbers, diving head, automatic product level sensing float system,variable speed stainless steel conveyor, automatic in-gate and out-gate indexing system, equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system. it can be built to suit sanitary, hazardous, flammable and corrosive environments.

Cleaned empty bottles are conveyed to the volumetric filling machine through an SS Slat Conveyor. The in- gate cylinder opens, out-gate cylinder closes. the inlet sensor detects quantity of bottles. After set quantity bottles are positioned under filling nozzle, Bottle neck grabbers hold bottle in position.the fill cycle is initiated. After completing the filling operation, the out-gate cylinder withdraws itself from its position and allows the filled bottles to go further on the conveyor for the sealing operations.
