Automatic One Side Labeling Machine

Automatic one side self adhesive sticker labeling machine is designed to apply apply one label on on flat, oval, square, round or any other shape of container or an optional wrap around station for partial wrap or full wrap labels as well as tamper evident or promotional top labels, It is built with stainless steel and anodize components, labeling system is driven by servomotor, all remaining systems are driven by AC motors(all motors synchronized). This bottle sticker machine is equipped with speed adjustable container separation module integrated with the labeling system to assure correct bottle entry timing, equipped with synchronized top stabilizing/conveyor belt which is provided to hold the bottle for proper labeling, equipped with a non- contact product sensor for label gaps and containers or optional build back sensor, Additional features include power assisted web take up, PLC control and user friendly HMI. The easy to use design makes it simple to change bottle and label sizes.
