Our granular form fill seal machine is a top – tier solution for bag – based packaging of granular products. When it comes to sealing, it offers remarkable versatility. It can perform three – side sealing, providing a clean and secure closure on three edges of the bag. For a more traditional look or enhanced product protection, the machine is equipped for back – sealing, creating a strong seal along the back of the bag. Additionally, for maximum product containment and a premium appearance, it enables four – side sealing. Ideal for industries such as food (grains, sugar, salt), pet food, and agriculture (seeds), this machine not only boosts packaging efficiency but also preserves product integrity.

• Bag length,packing volume, speed , & etc data &adjustment can be displayed on the screen.The user candirectly operate it on it.
• It can automatically finish making-bag, metering, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and printing batch number.
• Packing material: Pe pet/al foil/paper/penylon/pe and other heat-sealing compound material.
• Packing material required: 0.04mm<film thickness<0.08, inner diameter of film roll need 75mm at least,outer diameter of film roll need 320mm.
