Filling station

Foil cap punching and forming sation
The roll of foil is put on to an unwinding reel. The foil strip is unwound from the roll and fed through coactive, relatively movable dies which serve to successively cut circular blanks from the Strip and then form the same into cap form and and then to a take-up Reel. As far as we are aware, the foil strip has heretofore always been fed by a pulling action on the strip. Consequently, the foil strip must be substantially wider than the circular blanks which are cut out of the same. As a result, considerable scrap remains after the blanks have been cut from the strip and the caps formed from the blanks. The foil caps enter the chute and wait for filled bottles to pick up from chute shoe.
Sealing station
After bottles are being filled, Filled bottles are conveyed to sealing station for sealing operation, Filled bottle
picks up the cap from the cap shoe before the sealing operation. Bottles enter sealing station, the sealing head seals the foil cap tightly onto container. The filled and sealed bottles will be discharge to exit conveyor
for labeling by starwheel.
Sturdy base
The sturdy base is supported by adjustable feet and is made with heavy duty carbon steel sheathing secured to the tubular frame. The base houses the motor and drive gears. It is accessible through stainless steel removable doors. The filler capper is motorized by a single AC electric motor and controlled by an inverter, by which the machine speed can be varied depending upon the bottle size to be run.
Electronic control
The electric panel contains the inverter, motor starters, PLC, and other electro mechanical components. The inverter enables the operator to vary the rate of production to synchronize the filling sealing machine with other packaging machines running on the same line. An emergency stop button is mounted on front of touch screen panel.
