The spindle capping machine can handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass.
Automatic Spindle Capping Machine With Centrifugal Or Vibratory Feeder
Automatic spindle capping machine is designed to automatically place and tighten a wide variety of screw and lug type closures onto containers. The spindle capper uses three sets of rubber discs to apply torque to each bottle and cap combination passing through the machine, creating a consistent and reliable seal. Gripper belts will stabilize bottles as they move through the bottle capper to avoid cross threading or loose caps. A stabilizer bar keeps the cap in place as the container begins to move through the capper. Automatic spindle cappers will use a cap delivery system, such as a cap centrifugal or vibratory bowl to deliver the caps to the bottles just before they reach the tightening spindles. A cap elevator is optional to reduce your employee’s risk of falling off a ladder, climbing a platform, and loading the sorter from awkward angles. It is also less strain on your employee’s back from carrying the boxes up a ladder. This improves productivity as well as helping reduce labor cost.

Automatic spindle capping machine with cap elevator sorter is extremely flexible and versatile in their ability to accommodate a wide variety of cap and bottle configurations without the need for change parts. Automatic spindle capper is comprised of 3 modules: cap tightener, cap chute, and cap elevator sorter. The standard capping machine can use three tightening stations and includes an elevator style cap sorter for 20 to 120 mm caps. 40 to 460mm high containers pass through the capping machine chute area while gripped by side belts. Containers strip caps out of the capping machine chute fingers. A Stabilizer holds the cap in place while rubberized tightening discs (spindles) contact the cap on opposite sides and spin cap down. Spindle capper clutches allow just the right torque on caps and bottles do not stop during the continuous operation of the automatic capping machine.
